Recruiting Tips
1. When recruiting remember your best customer may be your best recruit. They already purchase the products, you know they will continue and now if they sign up they will start to get a discount and save more. In turn spending more and making large sales for your downline. There will always be a great customer, don't be afraid to recruit your customers.
2. Place an ad in your local newspaper or penny saver. Local ads are usually very low priced ads and could lead you into the path you desire.
3. Place an ad on CraigsList.org. This is a great way to let people know about your company and what it has to offer. This also saves you time because people can email you for more information.
4. When your closing your party remind all of your guests that your company has a great opportunity to earn cash. If any of them couldn't afford to purchase what they would like maybe they would like to start earning money selling this and get a discount while doing it.
5. Place your brochures everywhere with a sticker or stamp that says a catchy phrase; ie. Earn 50% Commission! They will imagine all the items they would like to purchase, then imagine their friends and others doing the same, then they will start calculating their earnings.
6. Bazaars and Fairs. This is a great venue to use. It does come with some cost but its worth it. No only does this allow you to come in contact with your possible recruits its also allows you to pass out material and earn some sales.
7. Take a friend to a meeting. Most of you have monthly or even weekly meetings. Invite your fiend to come what you to see what your company is all about. Its a proven fact that when people see others getting so excited and sharing their success they will want to join!
8. Recruit everywhere you go, not only at parties. When in line at the grocery store, you may have the checks that match your company too, but hand your cashier a brochure or sample and business card!
9. Don't under estimate anyone. They may not look like the perfect mold but underneath they have all it takes.
10. Purchase a Profile & Directory from us here at PartyMommy.net. We'll send the recruits your way. Interested candidates can fill out a form online and it the data gathered will be sent to your inbox for you to contact!
Remember, this is FUN! Don't get frustrated, just when you think its over, its just beginning!
